This watch was produced in the Minsk watch factory in the 70's. The Watch was created in honor of the 60th anniversary of Soviet power. They were given as a gift to employees of the CPSU (Communist Party of the Soviet Union " Коммунистическая партия Советского Союза" and to employees of Komsomol "Комсомол".
