This Raketa is a commemorate watch for the people who worked on the Icebreaker Lenin after 20 years of servicing the Atomic icebreaker fleet. I have seen several pictures of examples with names of the employees engraved on the back of the watch on watch.ru forum.  Based on the engravings these watches date from december 1979. Unfortunately there is a little bit of damage near the four hour mark, but overall a very nice watch that runs very well for it's age.
